Chjamber lunch to be held at the Salutation Hotel with guest speaker Roland Bean, recently appointed Head of Planning and Perth & Kinross Council.
Roland will give a brief overview of major planning issues in Perth as well as give a background to the new Planning Act which will make fundamental changes to the planning system.
